I am using android sdk and spring framework for backend. backend server generate the access_token and my app create a payment request but in callback it return { "success": false, "message": "Authentication credentials were not provided." } any ideas guys . thanks in advances

Hi While I can integrate all payment and refund using API but I was wondering is there any way we can see the raised Refund CASES too for sold item ! Is it possible to track/reply CASES using API without the need to login to INSTAMOJO. Issue is I do not want to give my INSTAMOJO password to developers, which is the case now ! My query is with reference to the documentation on the instamojo website ..... "Highly Recommended fields: The following 3 fields(email, name and phone number) are details of the person making the payment. If not sent when creating a payment request, the payer will have to fill it in while paying." Does this mean that in case user's phone number is not provided in the payment request sent to instamojo servers, the buyer will have to provide the same before making the payment. Thanks Ankush
